This project is a personal exploration, where I collected old postcards and letters from my family’s past. By reading these letters, I recreated scenes, messages, and emotions captured in the correspondence sent to and from my relatives. Each photograph is an attempt to bring to life the stories and sentiments written on those pages, creating a visual dialogue between the past and the present.

The images were captured using an analog camera that once belonged to my grandfather, adding another layer of nostalgia and connection to the project. Through this process, I not only uncovered hidden family histories but also gained a deeper understanding of where I come from. This project served as both a creative and personal journey, weaving together memories, emotions, and photography as a way to better connect with my roots.
